WHERE QUALITY PODCASTING MEETS CREATIVE MINDS

Av8r Sound Studios

As I navigate the world of podcasting, there is  much to learn and develop.  Here you will find a growing chronicle explaining how I started on this path, the equipment I am currently using, and how I keep the sound quality growing for the Squawk Ident Podcast.

Av8r Sound Studios Tour

This is how my very first episode was recorded. I had the 13" MacBook Pro and the headphones. I made a small desk that fit nicely in the space I had available. The microphone, arm, and pop filter was purchased as a kit on Amazon for under $40. It is a Tonor Pro Condenser Microphone XLR with 48V Phantom Power Supply model TN562BU.  I also purchased the USB-C Audio Adapter by CableCreation for under $10. With this set up any beginner can record good quality sound as long as the environment is quiet enough.
